Payment
Payments are accepted in two forms. Credit or debit card billed monthly or annually.
Requirements
All members are required to fill out the Restaurant Registration Form and provide their menu and logo. All menu content is posted on your page in text for full search functionality and quick load times for visitors with dial-up internet service. Menus can be supplied by snail mail, email, fax, or in person.
We prefer menus and logos submitted in digital format attached to an email. Send to info@970menus.com. Images of 300dpi or better are preferred for logos submitted in jpeg, gif or PDF format. Please include contact name and phone number in your email in case we need to contact you.
Acceptable digital (PC) formats for menus include: Microsoft Word or Publisher, WordPerfect, Adobe Acrobat PDF (distilled from source files) Quark Express 4.1, and CorelDRAW 10 -- Acrobat PDF files are preferred. Menus provided by snail mail can be returned if a self-addressed, stamped envelope is included. MAC-generated source files are acceptable, if exported in PC format.

Terms
When joining 970menus.com, you agree to become a BestLocalMenus.com member restaurant and activate what equates to a one page website. Your online page with 970menus.com can include (but not limited to as the site is developed, e.g., online reservations) any of the following items and information: menu, wine list, hours of operation, contact information, door-to-door directions (through Google Maps), online coupon offer, type of cuisine, children's menu, wine list, banquet facilities, catering information/menu, links to your own web site (if you have one), credit cards you accept, atmosphere, dress code, list additional locations, reservations, description, chef, smoking, bar, parking, entertainment, events, and specials.
You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless BestLocalMenus.com for any loss, liability, and damage arising from or in connection with the contents or service of this online menu, restaurant directory service. If BestLocalMenus.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that information submitted here is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, BestLocalMenus.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate this member account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).
You acknowledge and agree that this Service and any necessary software used in connection with this Service ("Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
Termination
You acknowledge and agree that this is an automatically renewing contract for a period of twelve (12) months. If you decide to cancel the contract for the following twelve (12) month term, simply notify us in writing either by fax, email or snail mail within thirty (30) days of contract renewal.
