Colorado-raised ground buffalo char-grilled and served with fresh leaf lettuce and tomato slices with stout onions. served with a side of cream cheese horseradish sauce.


Avalanche Chili Size

Our 1/2 pound burger grilled and placed on top of an open-faced toasted bun, then smothered with our avalanche pork green chili, topped with mixed cheese and fresh jalapeno rings.


Patti Melt

Toasted rye bread with Russian dressing.  Swiss cheese, stout onions and a half-pound burger.


Black Bean Burger

Homemade and hand-pattied, this veggie burger will be the one you measure all others against.  Black beans with peppers, onions, cilantro, and spices grilled crispy on the outside. Served with cucumbers and salsa on the side.

Grilled Fresh Salmon Fillet

Fresh hand-cut salmon fillet, char-grilled and topped with garlic herb butter.


Old World Meat Bratwurst Plate

A generous serving of our neighborhood sausage maker’s bratwurst slow simmered in our Avalanche Ale and served with tangy braised red cabbage and creamy garlic mashed potatoes.

8 oz. chicken breast pan-served with herbs and butter, then topped with a proper and cracked mustard cream sauce.

Boneless breast of chicken dipped in our Trademark Pale Ale batter then deep fried.  Served with creamy garlic mashed potatoes smothered with our Hefe Proper country gravy.


Poached Stuffed Chicken Breast

Chicken breast filled with spinach, goat cheese and mushroom, and then poached – to keep it really moist.  Sliced thin and served over a roasted Bermuda onion puree.


Stout Braised Short Ribs

Seared to a crispy brown and then placed into the oven to braised in our oatmeal Stout with baby carrots and pearl onions.  Served with creamy garlic mashed potatoes and savory stout gravy.


Flat Iron Steak with Blue Cheese and Peppercorn Butter

10 oz grilled flat iron steak – also known as the “butcher’s favorite cut,” served with a blue cheese and cracked peppercorn compound butter.


Sirloin With Portobello

10 oz. sirloin grilled and topped with a Portobello mushroom demi-graze.
